About The Project
Purpose
Absolutely Rad exists to make radiation therapy alignment training more accessible, repeatable, and affordable for individual learners. We focus on alignment accuracy and skill development through a fully local desktop experience that supports both X-ray and cone beam workflows.
We are not trying to replace clinical systems or build a full simulator. Our goal is simpler: make practice easier to access, easier to repeat, and more supportive for people who want to keep growing their skills.
Who We Are
Absolutely Rad is built by a wife-and-husband team. She brings 10 years of radiation therapy experience and a grounded understanding of the day-to-day reality behind alignment work. He brings a background in data architecture, product structure, and systems thinking.
How We Want To Show Up
We want this project to feel useful, respectful, and encouraging. That means building around real training needs, listening closely to feedback, and keeping the experience friendly for people learning on their own as well as teams training together.
What Guides The Product
The biggest competition is not another product. It is the lack of accessible training. That is the gap we are trying to close, one useful case at a time.
